Matt G:  thank’s for reminding me that I need to set the date on my wristwatch.

“Thirty days hath September, all the rest I can’t remember, except for June with has thirty, too.”

Days aren’t getting shorter, but the spaces between them are. As soon as one day ends, another begins. Why I remember when I was a kid…and yes, I can still do that…there was so much space between the days you could play a ball game or take a swim or read a book.

Check your calendar, PZ – today is June 31st.

    heh.

billseymour@2- I’m pretty sure it’s just 31, and I have it on good authority.

It’s the first of July? How did that happen?

The mildly deranged penguin has offered a customised calendar service for yonks now. Too many Mondays in a week… easily fixed. Not enough weeks of vacation… easily fixed. Not enough Friday 13th… easily fixed, albeit an entire month of Friday 13th is only available with the alternative isolated Universe option (said Universe not containing republicans, troys, or other nazis is another extra fee). Need more hours in a day… a very common request, with a special reduced price offer if combined with the longer weekends and longer naps options. Almost any customised calendar is available, albeit certain adjustments — such as needed for Marjorie Taylor Greene Demands Covid-19 Answers From Biden By June 31, 2021 — can take considerable time, expense, and density (mental) to arrange.
