I think i have found the perfect birthday prezzie for him and you .
A R/C Spider ,i got my cats a R/C Rat ,i thought they would have lots of fun chasing it ,but they
took one look at it and turned tail .Maybe it was the red eyes ,or the fact that it is life size.

No, a small (live) pony. PZ can keep it at the university, thus motivating visits from grandson. Also stables are a good hangout for spiders.
