The boob joke made me smile, though.
The mental illness one was a particularly off subject for a joke, and the body shaming one was quite bad. A close friend formerly had a lot of anxiety about such things, which really affected their self-image, and it seems unnecessary since the author could’ve just replaced that panel or omitted it.
