That was satire, right? That’s not actually someone in the year 2015 whose mind, upon pondering a “world without women”, goes right to malls, chores, and bachelors, right? Please, I’ve already read a lot of stupid today. I don’t need this added on…

The modern Indian woman, eh?
Trivia:
India and Ceylon/Sri Lanka were the first nations to have female heads of government (’66 and ’60 respectively), ahead of
Israel (’69)
United Kingdom (’79)
Norway (’81)
Pakistan (’88)
France & Bangladesh (’91)
Poland (’92)
Canada & Turkey (’93)
New Zealand (’97)
Finland (’03)
Germany (’05)
South Korea (’06)
Ukraine (’07)
Iceland (’09)
Australia (’10)
Denmark (’11)
… and the United States, hopefully, one of these days.
I guess it was the superior skills in make-up and styling that did the trick.
Thank you, Femina Believe. How truly vomit-worthy.

My family. My entire family (except me – I’m the black sheep). I was brought up that way. My whole being fought against it until I finally had to move my own direction without my family.
That’d be extinction for humanity. Not “I am lonely and I miss the sandwiches.”
Of all the animals on Earth I wonder if any would miss us, other than the dogs. The cats would be annoyed and inconvenienced but that’s not the same thing.

I don’t get the point of your post. I (and Ophelia) were not mocking Indian women or India itself, we were mocking this group’s attitude towards the women of India.
