Ensaf Haider has done a short video to thank people for working to free Raif. She asks us not to stop until he’s free and with them. Nope nope nope – not going to stop until then. On the ground, in Montreal – only then will I stop.

That touches on the one thing that bothers me about the otherwise-touching public displays: they are all about Raif, with no mention of the dozens (hundreds??) of others imprisoned or worse for the ‘crime’ of being too secular, too progressive, and not shutting up about it. There are many prisoners of a draconian anti-free speech regime, don’t leave them out!
