You’ll never believe

Aw. I got a present. A surprise present. It came in the mail.

Cupcakes! Fancy gourmet cupcakes from a fancy gourmet cupcake place.

As a surprise!

In the mail!

Unexpectedly!

Who sent me a present as a suprise in the mail unexpectedly as a surprise?

“Everyone at Skepchick”

Are they the best or what?!

    Indeed they are.

It’s one of those things I wonder about the harassers from the scumhole: do they do this sort of thing for each other? It just doesn’t seem very likely to me.

Well I didn’t scarf them all down instantly. The one I sampled is delicious, yes. :D

Yum!! Did you share any with . . . what is your dog’s name again? Nelson? This is why I am a terrible friend.

Btw if you ever come to Melbourne I will BAKE you cupcakes. Promise!

What a thrilling surprise! Everyone at Skepchick totally knows how to do things right!

If Cooper is around he surely believes the cupcakes are for him, as my dogs do. Of course we all know that cupcakes are bad for dogs and good for people! It’s just so difficult to convince them.

No, they’re not the best. The best would have sent me cupcakes, too.

Which my wife would tell me I don’t get to eat, because I’m too fat, and then she’d make me eat asparagus and tofu instead.

Now you see what you’ve done? You’ve made me all sad and got me started on my very own pity party.

I know photos are needed, but [hangs head] I don’t have a digital camera. (No, or a smart phone either. [hangs head])

I could take a still with the webcam but I felt kind of stupid doing that [hangs head] so I didn’t.

    You’re a professional victim™ PZ.

Besides tofu is as good as whatever is put on it, so it can be that good.

Claire, I don’t know if Cooper thought they were for him, but Lou did. They all just went back to California but I’m going to put one in the freezer for him.

([......]No, or a smart phone either.

And you’ve just shot up several more notches in my estimation, Ophelia. It’s not just me, after all.

And I don’t do cupcakes – life’s too short for miniatures, but I do make a chicken soup that’s been known to make Jewish matriarchs spit with envy ;-)

Yay for Skepchick! Ophelia deserves cupcakes and cookies and all sorts of good things.

(Does anybody know how to make an asparagus cupcake for PZ?)

Goodness!!! You are very generous with your cupcakes, an example for us all. Or, for all of us who receive cupcake surprises. Sigh.
