Driving while holding a camera in one hand isn’t exactly the safest either so his commentary on the other driver didn’t quite has as much oomph as it could have.
It’s unclear whether the hood is up as a result of the hit-and-run collision, or if it was already up. Makes more sense if it was the former.
Emotions run high after a collision; I’m sure neither party was thinking straight.
It stopped being funny when the narrator got the registration, but continued to pursue and with phone in hand (when the passenger could have been filming). Then the narrator says “it’s a crazy-ass bitch” and it gets even less funny.
Still, this is the USA, so we can be glad that the one shouting “crazy-ass bitch” was pursuing with a phone and not a gun.
It could be the driver is not the owner; either a carjacker or a joyrider, so that seeing if he flees the vehicle or switches to another vehicle would be useful information to law enforcement.
