I had no idea that women’s larger hips were all filled with an enlarged bony structure, contrary to my limited experience, or that women’s feet evolved specifically for wearing high heels.
This is clearly intended to be humorous.
This particular diagram is clearly somebody making fun of the people with wildly bad understandings of anatomy and not a sincere belief in one of the wildly wrong understandings of anatomy.
Is this from the same people who claimed humans are evolving to physical adaptations to use smart phones more efficiently?

As for high heels, the first heels were on riding boots. Men wore those, of course. The Pope wore red heels in the 12th century. Heels came into fashion in 18th century Europe from Persia. Fashionable men wore them, including very masculine kings of England. Fashionable women also began wearing heels around the same time. Stiletto heels were introduced in 1950. Riding boots and cowboy boots still have heels. Very rugged, macho men wear those. Maybe that’s what warps there minds about women.

It seems like sarcasm based on the silly claims that women’s feet have evolved to wear high heels, the deformed bony pelvis and boob bones, and the equally ludicrous claim that the average height of men is 7’5.
How does that women sit down with spinosaur like honey projections coming off her pelvis?
The average male height is 5 foot, 7.5 inches, so it could be a copying error, in addition to being terribly wrong anatomy.
The Hapsburg jaw is quite alarming, especially if the men are all towering giants with hugely elongated gorilla hands.
