It looks to me like god is offering the poor, innocent cuttlefish a tempting morsel of something. Probably after telling it to never, ever eat anything that’s offered to it.
It looks to me like the cuttlefish has already eaten one of the Great Magic Sea Faerie’s fingers(? tentacles?), and is now going for seconds.
A minion tows yet another snack to a hungry Cthulhu.
I found it in the park, can we keep it? Pleeeeeeze!
