Yep, that is how you spell it. The number of eeees is optional. Traditionally a squee with more than two ees should be accompanied by a flail. Just so you know.

Is a flail a windmilling motion made with the arms? I’m imagining something with the arms held, not rigidly but loosely, especially at the distal ends of the appendages. Or is there a punctuation convention used to indicate a flail? I would like to know.
