Fargo in September…

It’s not too late to register for the Project 42 Freethought Convention, taking place just a few hours north of me in lovely Fargo, North Dakota on the 24th of September. I’ll be going — it’s the nearest convention to my house — and I’m also planning to drag my wife out to attend. And then of course there’s also Shermer and Carrier and Hayes and Price giving talks.

    Minnesota Atheists president August Berkshire and Northwestern College professor Pastor Ronn Johnson will discuss topics such as Definitions and the Burden of Proof, the Universe, Life, Meaning and Purpose, Ethics, and the Afterlife in a friendly debate in the Prairie Rose Room on the second floor of the Memorial Union building at North Dakota State University in Fargo.

    Was out in Fargo over the summer…no time left to go back again. Hopefully a fun time for everyone. Perhaps I’ll try sending my son next year (likely heading to NDSU next fall).
