I really do have no sense of shame, and since Halloween has just gone by, I have even more opportunities to pander to the cute. How about a dog?

Or how about … adorable little kids?

Have no fear, the conference ends today, and I’ll be turning off the saccharine drip.
The saccharine drip… it burns! I’m melting!
Awwww.
So is that a picture of your two “Cuddlefish?”
(I am not above “pun”ishing saccharine attacks)
I am extremely embarrased. Here I go thinking I’ve done something original. Then I look at the comments for the real cuttlefish, and JP has already used it.
grumble…
I love kids, but I’ve never been able to finish a whole one.
I see… in order to make dogs and children cuter, disguise them as cephalopods…
It’s crazy enough, it just might work!
So if you take a cuttlefish, disguise it as a dog, and then disguise that as a cuttlefish, do you get recursive cuteness? Or less saccharine?
I think you get cuttlefish death, tissue corruption, and recursive stench.
Warren,
I’ve found that a good tobasco helps, though my wife likes to mix them into her yogurt.
My problem is, when I plant them, they never seem to grow. Maybe I over-water them.
Oh wow, that dog looks an awful lot like my dog, Castor. And I’m sure mine would have the same expression if forced to wear a shirt like that, even a cool cephalopodophile one.
But come to think of it, my girlfriend was trying to convince me to inflict a costume on my pup. Hmmm, perhaps I should concede for next year but stipulate that it must be squid-themed! (Evil laugh)
Same for this post…AWWWWWW.
To be perfectly honest, I preferred the pic of the cuttlefish.
Aww. (Thanks Humble). :)
The orange one wanted to be a marine biologist for his costume, but was worried about being mistaken for a scuba diver – and not being recognized as a scientist. SO he decided to be his favorite ocean creature instead. Of course the little brother had to join in.
We (my husband and I) love your blog. Thanks.
You want cute? Here’s cute:

And the woman is attractive too. But nothing beats the beauty of Mixopterus.
I think that this is a costume for a pet–RoboDog.
