    That was totally AWESOME!!!!

OK, phew! flashback’s over, mostly, sorry.

A perfect blend of two completely different (or maybe not so) genres.

some trekkers have WAY too much free time on their hands…

Oh, come on. I doubt it took much more time and effort to do this than to, say, play a round of golf every weekend for three months. They don’t necessarily have any more free time than anyone else, they just expend it . . . differently. For which I am duly grateful.

Never thought about it before, but the technobabble in Trek really reminds me of RHPS–

DR SCOTT: This sonic transducer – it is, I suppose, some kind of audio-vibratory, physiomolecular transport device….

    BRAD: You mean…

DR. SCOTT: Yes Brad. It’s something we ourselves have been working on. But it seems our friend here has found a way of perfecting it. A device which is capable of breaking down solid matter and then projecting it through space, and – who knows – perhaps even time itself!

JANET: You mean he’s gonna send us to another planet?

    FRANK-N-FURTER: Planet. Schmanet. Janet!

Come to think of it, I’d pay a lot to see Picard in a bustier and fishnets.

Very cool…and I like that it included no “Enterprise” clips. ‘Cause I never watched that series. Also, could’ve used more Spock.

To paraphrase Triumph the Insult Dog

….”Who was watching his pet tarantula and/or snake while he was making this video?”

    hhhmmmm???

This is every gay trekkies wet dream.

I know that Star trek (original series) is pretty much a gay icon, but when did Rocky Horror become one?

    Thanks, skippy!

You made me laugh, no small thing after the day I just had.

    You rock!

And THANK YOU, Davis, for totally ruining that NIN song, not to mention helping besmirch Mr. Spock’s character.

I am now going to delete it from my library, since I will never again be able to listen to it without remembering that video.

ok, off the subject of star trek but on the subject of nin mashups…

here’s a great mash up of nin’s closer w/the beatles’ come together that works wonderfully.

Right about the time Richard O’Brian said, “I know, a campy musical about a Transvestite!”
