I suppose there is some progress, in that I think ten years ago the mainstream media wouldn’t have even noticed the lack of diversity in that ad. Behold the stunning progress we have made in race relations! Now, if one of the two main parties’ presidential candidates makes a length ad that completely excludes people of color, it’s a minor problem for him with some voters! Man, it’s almost like we’re living in a post-racial society…
