A friend of mine sent me this image with the comment “This is why I believe in an infallible God.”Hey, but you know what? Science can bring that back! Mwahahahahahaaaaa!
…I have obviously not learned anything from Jurassic Park.
Careful, you’ll give the Creation Museum ideas. Not that they have the budget for it.Although, it actually looks a bit like how I always pictured Hell.
Dino Riders! Hell yeah! Loved that stuff as a kid.But creationist? Nah; they were all aliens and stuff in that show anyhow. Science can sure make it happen though! +1 Science

I'm pretty sure the dna needed to clone those dinosaurs would have long since degraded, so in order to create laser equipped t-rexes, we'll have to figure out how to create them from scratch.

@ sunioc;
Not necessarily from scratch. "Read How to Build a Dinosaur" by Jack Horner. It's mostly hypothetical, but its at least possible.

Wouldn't it be easier and less likely to result in Jurassic Park based doom if we just build mechanical dinosaurs to ride and shoot lasers from? Also: I don't believe those large dinos had the greatest maneuverability, so weaponizing them would be less than effective despite looking totally badass.

Used to love this show as a kid. Aliens fighting a group of technologically advanced humans from the future, getting ripped through time to prehistoric earth. Riding dinosaurs with lasers strapped to them? Hardcore stuff! I'm sad that my childhood memories have now been tainted by this association with creationism :(

Training might be an issue as well. Every try to train a lizard to obey commands? Dinosaurs had even smaller brains than creationists. Your dino would probably just stand there looking stupid, or try to eat you, instead of charging the enemy.

This supports one of my long-held (ever since 2003!!) theories about the K-T boundary. Dinosaurs obviously had enough time to develop technology and weapons of mass destruction and of course…see here for more.

Man, that really takes me back. Dino Riders were the greatest. Aliens, dinosaurs, lasers, and telepathic communication–what's not to love? :)

Nice. That image (minus the words) has been my desktop wallpaper on one computer for months. Dino Riders FTW.
