In an interview, creepy Donald Trump was asked if he would run again in 2028 if he lost. I thought that he would reply the way he usually does, by denying the premise of the question and insisting that he would win in a landslide, that there is no way he would lose, and that the only way he could lose was if the election was rigged and in that case he would not accept the result. But what he actually said surprised me.
Donald Trump said in an interview released on Sunday that he did not think he would run for president again in 2028 if he loses this year’s race for the White House.
In an interview on the Full Measure television show with Sharyl Attkisson, the former US president – who ran in 2016 and 2020 – was asked whether he saw himself running yet again in four years time.
“No, I don’t,” Trump answered. “I don’t see that at all.”
He said: “Hopefully, we’re going to be successful.”
He sounds … resigned? Maybe even he sees that the tide seems to be turning against him.

Speculation:
What he means is “I dont see that at all. Hopefully, we’re going to win. But if we don’t, we have to carry out the coup plan we’ve been working on since Jan6. Either way, i don’t see there being an election in ’28”.
Tell me that doesn’t sound like something he could be thinking.

Several weeks ago Trump said something that caught my ear that was slightly oddly phrased but philosophically true. He said “Life is what you do while you’re waiting to die.”

Something else that Creepy Trump has apparently started saying to my great surprise is Harris’ name correctly! I wonder if he’s doing it on purpose to project a different image or whether it’s a subconscious thing (maybe, because he is starting to recognise her as his superior…).
I’ve heard him say it on at least two different occasions in recent days, here is one of them -- in case someone wants to hear ist. I put in a time stamp, I hope it works:

Is this as new as I think? Or has he done it before and I only ever noticed the mispronounciations?

I had thought that Trump planned to campaign for the rest of his life if he didn’t win, as a way to get money and get in the way of his trials. The halfhearted way he has campaigned the last few weeks suggests that he is just going through the motions and this could be the last time he runs. Some combinations of his age, bad press, the stress and time taken by campaigning and all of his legal problems seems have gotten to him and he just wants to hide from the press and golf. He has been running his campaign more to extract money then to win. He is letting Elon Musk set some of his policy because Musk offered him big donations and isn’t trying to hide this at all. He isn’t even trying to run enough ads or setup state organizations on a scale that could win.

I noticed that too. I note also that his current nickname for her is “comrade” Kamala which starts with the same sound. Whether he picked that name because of the sound or the sound accidentally reinforces the correct pronunciation of her name, I don’t know.

Trump has run for the presidency 4 times: 2000, 20016, 2020, and 2024. He ran unofficially in 2012 and he considered running in 2004, according to Wikipedia.
About him running in 2028: both my father and grandfather were old men who wore suits in public. In the weeks before their respective deaths, I noticed an unusual hollowing out just below their shoulders when viewed frontally. I noticed a similar hollowing out below the shoulders on Trump a week or two ago. Maybe he is in ill health.
