I have absolutely no idea what this is about.
Who is/was George Michael?
And what did he do that has anything to do with a “Gilda” or arrhythmia or feet?
Took me a bit since I forgot his song, but he is mostly known for “Careless Whisper”:
“I’m never gonna dance again
Guilty feet have got no rhythm”
I have faith that if I give it one more try I could come up with a good George Michael pun, then wham! I’ll have it made in the funny pages! This will be the last Christmas where I won’t have the freedom to sit down at Club Tropicana writing jokes.

I don’t think rhythm/arrhythmia even count as a pun — they are basically the same word.
