I was wondering why I had to keep teaching the same thing every year. They’re swapping new students in on me!

I’m looking at my last year of teaching coming up. They better get it right this time, because they won’t be able to come back in 2027-2028 to catch up!

    Maybe you could get through to people like this with statistics? Some people are born with an extra pair of ribs. Some people – at a compareable frequence- are born with gender dysphoria. Neither group chose this condition. People don’t grow an extra pair of ribs because it has become fashionable, and the same can be said about gender dysphoria.

    Get them to see the people who claim that on cable TV are the sort who claimed goth kids are into satanism, or that rock musicians have secret satanic “backward messages” on their records.

    @4 I don’t think that would matter. I think some people see trans women as an attack on their identity. They rarely, if ever, think of transmen.

    They then try to hand-wave their bigotry away by claiming that trans women are secretly cis pervert who are pretending to be women in order to sneak into women’s toilets.
