Everything is -maxxing now. Recently it’s fibermaxxing. I watched a horrific Youtube video on what happens when you consume too much psyllium husk. Worst impaction ever!
I eat a pretty good amount of fiber already without Metamucil. I’ve been tempted, but know you’ve gotta use that stuff very carefully.
Books are fibrous too. Hmmm…

I like the kind of books they have at the library of Unseen University, Ankh-Morpork. Reading a magic tome is a tug-of-war that can end with weak students being devoured.
Back in the early 70s when I was in the Marine Corps one of our main expressions was TO THE MAX!
