In case you were wondering about the names, they are Urðr, Verðandi, and Skuld, after the Norns mentioned in the Prose Edda.

That was fun! Good luck with your spider’s! I have quite a few here, but I think I’ll just let them stay (free range).

I couldn’t quite catch the names you gave them. The kodama are cute and should be nice company for that one. Maybe you can give each of them one, instead of letting the one hog all of them. ;)

Looks like you could’ve found those guys in your basement.
It’s entirely fitting to name your spinners after the Nornæ. Their names are all noun forms of the verb ‘to be’ and they dwell beneath the tree, at the well within the wood. Will be, the first, another Becoming. The third one is called Should.
They’re lovely, though I’d hesitate to let them run across my hands like that. Not that I think their particularly dangerous, it’s just I kind of prefer to view my spiders from a slight distance. ^_^
Just no fireworks during the gender reveals, please.
The last thing I will do is Google “how do I order spiders.” I hesitate to even speculate out loud with Siri listening!
Thanks for sharing the information, PZ! Very interesting.

@1, they’d have to be the tiniest of tiny fireworks anyway.
