    Great news about the lawsuit! It’s hard to watch the video with you constantly going in and out of focus. I think that means you should turn off the auto focus once you’ve set it up.

    I thought the variable focus was meant to recreate the effect of the margarita on the visual cortex. Silly me.

    Gloating, huh?

    Let’s see how y’all feel when the Pangburn Documentary® about this case comes out!

    @tarski #12:
    Is the use of the Wayback Machine to avoid sending traffic to Carrier’s site or because he took that post down? I don’t care to go to his site to check.
    It reads more like he’s trying to sway public opinion against the people he was making the case against. He specifically says that, if he cannot file in other jurisdictions, that people need to judge for him in the court of opinion. It sounds more like he knows he’s shit out of luck, but he’s going to at least to pretend to give it the old college try even though he knows it won’t work.

    Richard Carrier wrote at his blog: “This means I shall have to re-file my lawsuit against each Defendant individually in their own states of residence. I am working on that now.” (source: https://www.richardcarrier.info/archives/14888).

    He is not giving up. He has not yet begun to fight!

    He has not yet begun to fight! – Mark Adams@14

    So what exactly has he been doing with his ridiculous claim for $2 million plus? Or do you mean he’s now going to hunt down the people he’s been suing and physically assault them?

  8. John Morales says

    KG, pretty sure that Mark Adams was being sarcastic, not just allusive.

    methuseus @13: The only reason I used the Wayback Machine was, as you guessed, that I assumed some people wouldn’t want to give traffic to Dr. Carrier.
