Anchor, it is not about Xmas.
The cephalopod is from Finland, and is celebrating the 100th birthday of Finland’s independence.
If you look closely, blue and white is prominent (Finland’s colors) and it has apparently been swimming through Danish and Swedish waters, as it has pathches of red and yellow. When moving through Denmark, it stocked up on recreational “pharmaceuticals” accounting for the irregular patches, and it is now singing “We all Live In a Yellow Submarine”
