Definitely a very young boar. Warthogs, even newborn ones, don’t have those stripes.

Comments at the link in the OP claim (with a picture) it’s a baby red river hog (Potamochoerus porcus). There is also a picture of what is said to be a real baby warthog.
The mildly deranged penguin is certain it’s not a cheese, baby or otherwise, and fairly certain it’s not a walrus. It could be a gecko, she thinks…
It’s better than the ones that grow up to be invasive feral pigs in the US, Hawaii, or Australia.
