This ignorant fundamentalist boxer, Manny Pacquiao, made a comment about gays being worse than animals and deserving of those biblical punishments (he’s lost big endorsements over it, too). But I do rather like Dave Bautista’s taciturn reaction.

I heard that Pacquiao made the comments, in a language other than English, to people who might vote for him. I guess he didn’t think it would get out into the wider world. He knows better than to do that in English.
I’ve lost respect for him now. He’s just another self-serving religious bigot.
Other than his role as Drax, I knew almost nothing about Dave Bautista’s until just now, but this video is more than enough to know I respect him far more than this bigoted Pacquiao idiot. Not only did he stand on principle with regard to equality, but as LykeX observed @ 6, he didn’t descend to the level of grandstanding or threats despite the attempts by the interviewer to bait him into it.
Not sure I understand all Bautista mutters, but I’m happy that he didn’t take the bait the interviewer gave him.
Paquiao said something idiotic AND THEN managed to up the ante and say something outright evil.
The prospect that such a person may gain political power is terrifying and I don’t even live in the Philippines; I hope he gets his ass kicked badly in the elections.
