I haven’t really gotten the feeling that everyone wants us to rally around the flag. While everyone has condemned the attempt, and there is good reason to do so, a lot of the statements (like Liz Cheney’s) seem to be of the, “Thoughts and Prayers” variety. Which gives me a little chuckle.

That policy is just to remove all protections for gay and queer people in the public sphere and eliminate all mention of their existence from books and media. But you can find specific republicans with specific demographics they want dead. Like the “6MWNE” guy at jan 6, or various candidates for local offices out there. I make a point of not thinking about people I hate on a daily basis, so I’ve forgotten the names. Check pharyngula archives for the rogue’s gallery.
