These are not the real Mythbusters but they do a pretty good job of imitating how the real guys might address the ultimate myth.

A little heavy-handed, but not bad.

And isn’t being heavy-handed exactly the technique used by the actual Mythbusters? If they can make the test bigger, louder, and more explosive, they will!

Don’t you see, if the woman lived she would have become WORSE than Hitler. That’s why God killed her and let the other guy lived.

the ending said it all….the myth busters did not dare want to see if allah was real or not and flat out admitted Allah exists, not because they believe in him but because they knew that they would be in a whole lot of trouble from the moslems for daring to say anything bad or teasing about their god.
same way with gays…you do not dare say anything bad about them because they will respond loudly and say you hate them if you do not agree with what they say.
But it is socially ok to make fun of the one true God, Jesus and christianity because nothing will be done to those who do.
actually, I thought this was pretty funny, and mostly true… people testing God does not work out, especially if they are adamant in “proving” God does not exist.
but God exists….His name even shows he exists ” I AM”. He sent His son Jesus to die on the cross for our sins because we have all sinned.

I see that you’ve decided to bust the myth that godbotherer’s are capable of intelligent or original thought. Well done.
Or Poe. Please, please for the sake of my faith in humanity, be a Poe.

Wait, you theists finally proved it? After a few thousand years, you’ve finally proven that your strain of deity exists? Well goddam, my hat is off to you. Where’s the link to the research proving his existence?

There’s a difference between “saying bad things” and “lying”. There should be nothing wrong with telling the truth even though some people don’t like it. Unfortunately some christians and muslims take great offense when you tell them true things they don’t want to hear.
As for “nothing bad happens to those who make fun of christianity”, well you’re wrong. People who did have been attacked, tortured, and killed for doing so. You are either lying (which I thought was a sin) or ignorant about you own religion’s history.
People testing god does not work out if they are trying to prove their god does exist unless they are willing to lie to themselves and others. They have offered no proof of their religion and tried to prevent others from investigating the matter.
As for Jesus, he didn’t die. Dead people stay dead. It’s part of the definition of dying. It’s not like his god couldn’t erase people’s sin with a thought. If he needed a blood sacrifice then it must have been someone more powerful than himself setting up the rules. Maybe that entity has the moral character the christian god is lacking.

And this is why I am changing my name to “esbeeHasToGiveMeFiftyBucks”. My name even shows it is true!

Heavy handed? What have you got against a good explosion.
The only good explosion is the next bigger one…
At least – they have some success in getting folks to examine their beliefs, and if that takes explosives – bring it on.
Just think about the cleanup of the cement truck..

I always thought the classical test of faith and intercessionary prayer was pretty well-published. I am referring, of course, to the test in which high explosives are dropped on members of one religion or another while some of them pray scream and try to hide while a control group just screams and tries to hide. This experiment has been performed over and over again with various sects doing the experiment or being the subjects, and none of them seem to perform better one way or another. Theism doesn’t appear to even have the benefits of a placebo either way; one theory is that the theists do not actually believe in the placebo or the diety.

Well, yeah, if you’re saying something hateful, they’re right to say you hate them, or at least that you appear to. Funny how that works.
You are welcome to have opinions that make many people conclude you’re an asshole. But they might be right that you’re an asshole. If you don’t want gays thinking you hate them, be kind and treat them just like, uh, you don’t hate them.

Addendum:
BTW, you can secretly hate people, and then they won’t complain. As long as you keep it a good secret. Of course secretly hating people is a losing game because it a) does you no good b) makes you compromise your own beliefs c) eventually you realize you’re a coward
So I don’t recommend it. But if you can’t help hating, if you hide it really well, you might not be hated in return.
