Someone on twitter told me to check out this site, True Pleasures. It’s probably NSFW, and why would anyone think a homely old geezer like me would want to buy sex toys? But then I discovered that they do have something to appeal even to me: Tentacle Tuesday.
I honestly am not interested in wriggling strangely shaped tentacular objects into various orifices, but I do like the t-shirts. And look! They come in men’s and women’s styles!
Also, socks! You know you’re getting old when you find yourself getting excited about a nice warm pair of socks.
So, PZ, you know what you’ll be getting for Monkey this year! About a zillion pairs of awesome tentacled socks…
I was just about deafened just now, as the Horde all yelled simultaneously, all over the globe,
WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANT!
=^_^=
Or you live in the land of perpetual winter.
Hell, sign me up for the old-timer’s newsletter. I’ve been asking for warm socks during various gift giving festivities for years now. I used to make the excuse that it’s because I worked outside in the slush and snow, but it’s really because I’m an old lady at ♥.
I have those socks – and a cardigan that nearly matches them (although I don’t wear them together, I’m not 6 yrs old). I had no idea they were so kinky.
I love wool socks in winter. And I love the tentacles!
I wear wool socks year round. Warm in winter, cool in summer, and I don’t have to pay for them*.
Now if I could get some wool socks with tentacles . . .
* I can get wool uniform socks and I get them because I once had an unfortunate episode at a wildfire. I was wearing plastic socks. And standing (without realizing it) on hot coals.
I found the socks on thinkgeek.com but, sadly, they are out of stock.
@6 You mean they are out of sock.
I mean, out of socktopi.
You know you’re really getting old when retired Field Marshals look young
I’m intrigued by the “Cthulhu in Love” perfume
Just the thing when my girlfriend and I role-play “Naughty Cthulhu Cultist and the randy Deep One.”
Of course, I’ll need to actually find a girlfriend, first. ;)
Those are great socks.
Cthulhu in Love perfume–is that the one with the tang of fresh salt air and a seaweed top note?
