Yet at the risk of being hollowed out, carved, and having a candle placed in it.

    I don’t recommend it.

The dignity is all in the eyes. That half-closed look says ‘I’m comfortable being who I am.’ Or perhaps, ‘your complaints about my fashion choice are putting me to sleep.’

Now there is a ‘pod who is clearly saying, “I do not follow fashion; I lead it.”

Hm, wrestling with calamari as a possible result, chigau. Seems less pointless than the usual kind…

Wearing bright orange with superciliousness, I would have said.

Orange, with knobs on! And probably knobs turned up to 11 …

Nice lighting and a dab hand with the filters. The rest of the photographer’s gallery is well worth checking out.

Hmm. You know, I think I might go for the vivid copper eye makeup today. Thank you, Octopus, for being a fashion inspiration!

The photo reminds me of the line from the poem about Albert Ramsbottom and the lion:

He lay in a somnolent posture

    Do octopuses purr?

There are some truly fabulous photos on that site!

Nice. That is some excellent photography.

I actually wear those shades of orange myself with no loss of dignity, but they are not for every human, that’s for sure.

Now there’s a look that just screams “notice me!”

    Found off Guantanamo Bay?
