    The text on the link is rather messed up. But it did get me to look up the etymology for “squid,” which is thought to possibly be a sailors’ variant of “squirt.”

    Here, though, it just looks magnificent, a cephalopodan version of the manta ray’s graceful “flight.”

    It’s Flying, it has noodley appendages, I’m thinking this is some proof of supernatural visitation.
