One more example of the sterling inanity of Wohl and Loomer

The Chucklefuck Twins are on a legal mission here in Minnesota. Jacob Wohl explains:

Let’s just try to parse that, OK?

Laura Loomer and I just tried to serve Ilhan Omar

So they’re acting as process servers? Is there a lawsuit in the works?

with a sworn affidavit

I don’t get it. They’re serving her with a piece of paper that someone else signed? An affidavit? You don’t need to serve that. You could just mail it, it’s just providing information.

that says she never married her brother

Now we’re deeply in right-wing lunacy land. That makes no sense. They’re giving her a sworn affidavit that she never married her brother? I think most of us could recieve a piece of paper with someone’s signature on the bottom that says we hadn’t married a sibling, and without batting an eye, would calmly close the door and call local mental health services. Yeah? It’s true. I didn’t marry a relative. I don’t need you to inform me of that fact.

Apparently, though, this is part of a scurrilous rumor (spread by Minnesota’s own crank right wing conspiracy mill, the PowerlineBlog) that she married her brother in a cunning scheme to get him a green card. There is no evidence for any of it.

It’s also bizarre because a) any brother would have been naturalized by the same process that naturalized the Omar family, b) US citizenship laws make siblings as eligible as spouses, so there’d be no need for a marriage, and c) the “brother” she’s accused of marrying isn’t her brother.

I think this is more of a case of the Chucklefuck Twins showing up with an accusation and a demand that she deny it, and then hoping to use the fact that she wouldn’t dignify such an absurd claim with an answer and threw them out as evidence that she was guilty. Just like how the Immigration Law Center of Minnesota wouldn’t respect a pair of chucklefuck pseudojournalists in an armored car, therefore the ILCM hates Jews.

And then Omar isn’t dignifying them with her attention. How sad for them.

What these two not very bright bigots are doing reminds me of something.
    Hmmm, what’s the word?
    Oh yeah, stalking.
    They are stalking Ilhan Omar.

Two weird but stupid bigots stalking a congressperson.
And spending a lot of time and money on doing so.
That is more than a little creepy.

It wouldn’t take much more for me or anyone to take out a restraining order.
I’ve seen enough restraining orders in my jurisdiction to know what it takes to get one and it doesn’t take much.
The judges, rather than trying to sort out who did what to who, usually just make them mutually binding.

a sworn affidavit that says she never married her brother

Compelling evidence that she hasn’t assimilated into (the Right-wing version of) “American Culture.”

@3: Much more of this and a restraining order would indeed seem appropriate … but it would be important not to give them publicity about it. A delicate balance.

During this Minnesota expedition, did Laura Loomer ever handcuff herself to a dry cornstalk? Do we know for sure?

Something pointed out in the comments on Twitter – if you look at the picture posted of this ‘sworn affidavit’, it looks like no-one has signed it. The only thing I can think of is that they are trying to present it to Omar in order to demand she sign it. Howver, my understanding is that affidavits are supposed to be written statements given voluntarily and under oath, so trying to pressurise Omar to sign a prewritten statement by someone else whilst not under oath would make it utterly invalid.

Loomer was in Sacramento last month to trespass on the grounds of the governor’s mansion and thereby “prove” that Gov. Newsom “cares more about illegals than Americans,” demonstrating once again (as if it were necessary) that she is a little fuzzy about what constitutes proof. In a related incident, some of her racist buddies descended on a Mexican restaurant so they could complain about alleged ill-treatment by the staff (the servers were put off by the ICE and Trump gear the racists were sporting, so the manager himself stepped forward to wait on them). Evil wankers all, just looking to cause trouble.

I can’t give you evidence that there was any green card fraud, but long before she ran for the legislature a Somali client told me all about it. Doesn’t make it true, but it was something that was talked about in the Somali community long before the halfwits at Power Line picked up on it.

Having said that, Loomer and Wohl have got to be two of biggest idiots ever for all the reasons you’ve outlined in these posts.

well if I was looking for a U.S congress person while congress was in session I might try making an appointment in her Washington office, but then again I am not a paranoid idiot.

The Hamberdler should have Jacob cloned then place all the clones end-to-end at the very south of the United States so he can finally have his stupid border Wohl.

I think what they mean is they showed up with an unsigned affidavit demanding that she sign it. The document in the picture looks like it has a blank signature line.

I’m not a lawyer, but I’m pretty sure that “serving somebody with an affidavit” is a completely new legal concept that they just invented.

Adding: after posting I saw Zmidponk made the same point upthread. I think this has to be exactly what they are doing.

Ah, so it’s the good old “when did you stop beating your wife” gambit.
If she tells them to go fuck themselves, they’ll claim that she married her brother because she refused to sign the paper, and if she does they’ll claim they won because she had to sign papers to show that she didn’t marry her brother.

Ah, so it’s the good old “when did you stop beating your wife” gambit.

It’s just my opinion, here, Giliell, but I think you’re vastly over-thinking this thing. You are giving these chucklefucks (oh, I am so stealing this), unwarranted credit for being able to play 9th-dimensional chess when they don’t seem to be able to master the rules of 3rd grade dodgeball.

The stalkers played by Robert DeNiro and Sandra Bernhard in The King of Comedy were far my likable than the Chucklefuck Twins…

Ugh… I just had horrific image of Wohl in his undies trying to seduce a duct-tape cocooned Rep. Omar. (Brrrrr…. Where did I put my Everclear Brain Bleach?)
