Infringement!

Someone is appropriating my cunning strategems — everyone knows the way to get more hits on a blog is to talk about cephalopods.

It’s OK, though. I’m going to steal it.

    Sure, it’s easy to be a successful thief when you have eight limbs to manipulate things with.

    What’s more, it seems that those bloody “limbs” of their almost have minds of their own.

    “In this hierarchical organization, the brain only has to send a command to the arm to do the action—the entire recipe of how to do it is embedded in the arm itself,” said Binyamin Hochner of the Institute of Life Sciences at Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel, and co-author of the research.
