If you must believe in God it isn’t so bad to consider that, in all likelihood, we are just lab rats created for an experiment and we are expected to do what we do and feel what we feel. It meshes with and works well with an Epicurean philosophy. Avoid superstition and any expectation of divine involvement. Seek the deeper pleasures of tranquility and understanding.
