My morbid curiosity leads me to wonder, what if that thing hit Earth? I can only imagine, after seeing that fireball, that humanity would be in a very bad way.
It pays to have a husky front line blocking for you.
Well, yeah, that and yanking bits of ice and rock out of stable orbits in the first place.
