    Uh-oh, don’t let PZ see that! He hates this animation because it’s way too clean. At that scale, everything happening is driven by chemical potentials and random motion. It’s a very poor representation of how things actually work.

    Note: I am not a biochemist myself, but A.P. Chemistry in high school is enough to know this ain’t representative of reality.
