It has become routine to find out that virulent anti-gay pastors turn out to closeted gays themselves. It has happened so many times that I would not have bothered to comment on this latest episode of a pastor soliciting sex at a public place except for the fact that in this case the pastor’s first name is ‘Gaylard’.

It seems to me that the frequency of anti-gay preaches having a little gay on the side has risen to the point that it has gone from anecdotal oddity to a somewhere between statistical significance and ‘a thing’.
Hur hur. So much fun to ridicule people’s names.
Innocent until proved guilty obviously doesn’t work for religious types. Especially if they’re gay. Or bisexual, in which case they’ll get labelled a gay anyway.
