Larry Wilmore and Jon Stewart have one of their entertaining and insightful discussions on race in America on The Daily Show, this time dealing with the recent Republican efforts at improving their message to court minorities.

Clearly what the Republicans need to do is use the same “solution” they proposed to connect with younger voters…use celebrities as spokespeople. After all, everyone knows that where a celebrity leads, the drones will follow.
Really…the Republican Party has become so disconnected with reality that they seem to think that only their ideology matters. Their issues no longer have to match with the desires of the majority of voters. Instead they think that their wishes will become reality. (Perhaps a symptom of their marriage with the Religious Right?)
And this seems to have led to extremely shallow thinking on their part.
Larry Wilmore almost makes me believe in god. 😀
