Are they making a show of my life?

A series about an asshole college professor at a small liberal arts university? It must be my biography. And they got Bob Odenkirk to play me? I’m flattered.

Oh, never mind. He’s an English professor. Not a single spider in sight.

I literally laughed out loud. For several seconds. “Let go of the notebook!” “It has original work in it!” “Not if it’s yours!”
I’d watch that if the script is all like that.

    This is only the trailer.

    There might be spiders.

In the liiiiiiiiibrary… or, even more likely, the student cafeteria. Oh, wait, those are all outsourced these days (the cafeterias, not the spiders)…

I always thought Dr Bill Lee from Stargate SG-1 was the closest fictional screen character to you.

I’m in for just about anything with Bob Odenkirk. I like how they say “from the producers of Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul”. Which ones? Vince Gilligan doesn’t seem to be involved.

A man born in Minnesota that has featured in numerous films:
James Hong has played a lot of Chinese characters over the years. Happy 94th birthday!
(A fellow Swede that migrated to USA was playing the Chinese detective Charlie Chan in the 1930s. There has been some progress since)
