    One of my neighbours built a web from his lawn to his roof, and he has two skeletons, so I am not impressed.

    The wife usually does the decorations. We have two giant cats with moving heads and the same spider and another one. We also have noise activated spiders that drop when you clap and then climb back up their strings. Pretty spooky!

    We overstocked and started to run out at ~7:00. Little kids here usually show up about 5:30 — 6:30 but it ran a bit later and we got a lot of pre-teens who were out. At last count we were out 70 candy bars and subsisting on lollypops.

    Our neighbour across the street had to pull in her pumpkins about 6:30 saying in her ten years here she had never seen the numbers.

    BTW I live in a fairly academic town. One of our Trick or Treaters appeared in a 17th C plague doctor costume and left with his father claiming we have the plague beaten. Bit optimistic but I like the approach.

    As there are legal issues with displaying the shallow graves under my basement, I find it difficult to compete with you.
    Maybe I should steal the 3D printer at the local art high school and make a full-size xenomorph.

    Someone posted on faceache that after all the kids seemed to have visited her ,she answered the door to a 12 year boy dressed all in red .
    She asked him what he was meant to be ?
    He replied ,
    “I am Your Late Period “.
    She gave him all the remaining sweets .
