I guess if there was a dating app for Xysticus crab spiders, it’d be called BindHer.
(In this genus, the male uses his silk to restrain the female for copulation, apparently to prevent her from lapsing from sexual mode into knee-jerk predatory behavior. The female more or less consents to this during courtship, or the male wouldn’t be able to tie her up. After copulation, the male ghosts away and the female frees herself.)
