News from home

I’m away from my wife this weekend, but she knows what important things are happening in Morris and is keeping me up to date on the essential news.

The swarm of caterpillars that have been gnawing on the milkweed she planted are pupating all over the house!

But, it’s a butterfly! After all, butterflies begin at conception, according to “divine” revelations “received” by anti-choice people.

The mildly deranged penguin suggests you carefully map the locations of the chrysalides, as they are excellent handles for the emerging butterfiles to grip and fly off… with the house. She’s not entirely sure why the butterflies want to fly off with the house; perhaps not for the house itself, but as an act of anti-invertebratism in support of their enslaved arachnid sisters. She speculates they see the house as an exoskeleton and want to show that, without such an exoskeleton, these new-fangled bones aren’t all they’ve cracked up to be.

Wait… so that’s where puppies come from? I’m distraught that I’ve been lied to all these years, but likely not as upset as your cat’s going to be.
