There’s a metaphor in here somewhere

This is where fighting gets you.

Amazing find!! This was shared today on one of the snake pages, nothing about the location but it would’ve been in south east Asia somewhere.
A King Cobra (the worlds longest venomous snake) has attempted to catch, kill and eat this Reticulated Python (grows to be the longest snake in the world) and has been coiled and strangled by the python and died in the process. Both were dead when found.
The King has met its match…

I love the way the the trash scattered about further emphasises the glory of the god’s grand plan.

Wow. I’m no herpetologist, but I can imagine the cobra might have died anyway had it tried to it the python? I mean… the cobra’s body is not visible so I can’t tell its size, but the python must be way bigger. Ingestion and digestion should have been problematic, no?

It appears to be a dry stream bed, full of garbage that was brought by the water.

    Atheist community?

Poor you. Meanie atheists valuing the lives and well-being of marginalized people over the absence of belief in deities.

    America? Atheist community?

    Naw.
It is the Republican party and Trump against the current FBI.

Or maybe Catholics and Protestants in Northern Ireland not too long ago.

The cobra is pretty big. It appears as if the cobra is the body that extends straight back in the picture, and the Python is wrapped up in a tight ball around the front of the cobra based on its markings. I wouldn’t want to run into either of those, they are pretty amazing.

flybywire @18, you’re right, I overlooked the fact that it’s obviously not reticulated back there. I really should think longer before posting stuff. And yeah those are some humongous snakes! Scary and cool.
