Spring break is OVER

Aaaaaaaargh.

I have to go back to work, and oh boy, is there a pile of new stuff I have to deal with. My students are coming back to thousands and thousands of flies that need to be scored, so they’re probably going to be grumpy, too.

Now it’s time for me to straggle in and buckle down and dig out from under labors deferred.

Meanwhile, across the pond, the Easter holiday is upon us! *stretches out and lounges in bed until 9.30* Hooray for holidays that have absolutely no significance to me beyond time off, bunnies, and copious chocolate consumption!

here in Mass it looks like winter returned!! Always fun to get Spring’s reminder of the season we just exited (briefly).

this is what I thought the title of the OP referred to. shucks, should’ve known the winter blast didn’t extend backwards into Minn.

    Giliell,
I too am planning a bit of a holiday, even though it’s nothing as fancy as Barcelona. Have fun!
I’ll enjoy 4 days without work. Yay!

to PZ: mwhaha, you got yours, now Europeans get to have some time off

If you don’t want them to be grumpy don’t score them! How do you score flies?

I’m suddenly having a FlyNap flashback. It’s been almost 20 years but I remember that smell clearly.
