I’m #23?

I already mentioned that I’m not a big fan of traffic rankings for blogs, but despite the focus on traffic numbers, this is at least a subjectively filtered list of popular liberal/progressive blogs. The ranking isn’t as interesting as the fact that it’s a good list of politically copacetic blogs.

I also see that all I have to do is increase my traffic 10 or 20 fold to catch up with Daily Kos!

You should see that screen on my computer. All the top 100 links are unvisited — except Pharyngula.

    Way to go, PZ.

I like the name firedoglake. Maybe zebrafishpond. Yours and Phil Plait’s are the only ones highlighted on this college PC.

Were this the blog of just about anyone else (with the possible of exception of the Hat I’d have assumed the “Word of the Day” was “copacetic”.

Most of Daily Kos’ traffic comes from Reddit and Digg.

If you want to catch up with them, you have to make Reddit an Digg-friendly articles. Not sure it’d be worth it. :P

Daily Kos is too much politics and not enough substance.
The humor here is enough to make Pharyngula a better read each day.
