As of this late afternoon, the blooms have all gone pink.
But the light was bad, so I didn’t try a picture. It’s going to cloud and rain for a couple days, so I hope I can get another shot before it’s all over.

When I took that iPad shot up there, it was a gloriously sunny, hot, still, kinda day.
I am sure there were representatives of at least seven different insectoids working the tree.

This is beautiful, what an interesting plum (don’t see the filled kind much around here, I love it).
The insectoids do love these trees, but I like to find the predators. :D Danger lurks…

Additionally, the all the lilacs everywhere exploded over the weekend, it is fantastic fantastic fantastic. They are exceptionally abundant this year, some trees you can’t see any of the green underneath.

So beautiful! Also reminiscent of the past for me, our plum tree has little plums already. :D
