Via Medievalists.

You can see videos of the history of South Asia, East Asia, the Mongol Empire, and the Middle East at Medievalists.

These videos are a nice ilustration a fact that any “race realist” or nationalist does not know history. There is not now nor was there ever any “nation” that was clearly defined and confined to certain geographic area.

True. They pick bits they think shore up their bigotry, but they ignore most of history.

Its almost as if god, who I’m told decides what nations exist, can’t make up its’ mind.

Some people are intrigued when I point out the similarities between the Old Norse and Old Persian languages. Others don’t take it very well.

Not that Iranians are immune from a bit of chauvinism. For instance, my father has actually said, “The Greeks didn’t have any culture until they met us.” I don’t think that’s entirely true, Dad. He’s also talked about the purity of his family’s bloodline. Well, given all the migrations and conquests that have happened over the years, I’d be surprised if there weren’t some Arab and Turkish in our ancestry.
