Agreed. The feel is so calm.
What struck me was that the textures and colours of the branches and leaves are quite unlike the plumage of the pigeon. Not that it’s rare, but I’ve never come to think about it.
They are lovely in that tree which still has some old leaves, despite the fact that we just had a storm.
They are less calm when descending on the garden in troves.
Two days ago I had 8 of them at the same time.
The pigeon is quite unlike anything else in the photo.
