Their flowering period is quite brief so I’m glad I caught them this year. They are definitely one of the more eccentric plants that I’ve put in the garden, having removed them from my late father’s place over 20 years ago. I’ll take some more pictures once the leaves come up, which are just as weird. Oh and no-one would be so cruel as to step on the poor darlings, they’re quite special.
