This man. I was introduced to him via his dance video for Take Me To Church (sorry, there’s a youtube block on the work computer) and I have this bookmarked duet that he does for some Russian show or competition that is just amaaaaazing. He’s more than Nijinsky and Baryshnikov (though it’s probably just the generational thing). I love how he has tattoos everywhere.
I just saw him perform on “So You Think You Can Dance” (horrible title but I love the show.) He really has the it factor in addition to amazing talent. The documentary looks great.

It was a gay moment for me to watch him dance in both the antiquated and modern sense of the word.
On a more serious note, the dude’s been through a lot. And he moves so gracefully and with power.
