I like how we’re all blogging about cats without coordinating with each other.
I noticed that right away. :D
This past weekend we went to the Book Barn in Connecticut, which is an enormous used-book store with cats.
If you are thinking that this description was all we needed to mount an expedition there, you are quite right. We only saw one of the cats, but we bought a lot of books. The most expensive was a four-dollar hardcover. Also, they have goats and a playground. The goats also have a playground. The beach is right across the street. The only downside was that I didn’t realize that I had been out in the sun for a while without drinking much, which meant that I consumed a huge diet cola on the way home and was somewhat buzzed for the rest of the day on the strength of it.
Desperately Seeking Sunshine but in the meanwhile a good book will do.
