    For the record, we have Fox squirrels here, not the ubiquitous Gray Menace™. That said, the sigh was for the snow, not the squirrel in question. We have lots of natural predators, and ours stay on property, leaving the house alone. They are pretty low on the list of disease vectors, too. We have other things I’d prefer to see eradicated from the face of the earth. Like ticks.

    Since I moved North, I haven’t seen a tick.

    Flamethrowers might work, but simply nuking the Universe is more reliable. Several times. Just to be sure. (A Mr Davros claims to be able to do this for a reasonable fee. Contact details at your nearest battered blue “Police Box”.)
